Running Back Le’Veon Bell

Bell doesn’t make massive holes for himself to run through but has instead created his own yards through patience and vision – taking advantage of every pass attempt this season with 719 touches in just 24 games played so far.

Bell has been effective despite the offense’s lack of help in the passing game. He currently has four catches for 78 yards this season and doesn’t get many opportunities to break big gains on outside runs, yet is an outstanding receiver in tight spaces and solid pass protector.

Bell will likely have his work cut out for him when facing off against New England on Sunday; their defense has proven particularly potent against running backs, so Bell faces a stiff opponent on his hands in this matchup.

Quarterback Tom Brady

Running Back James White

White has won three Super Bowl championships with New England and is their all-time leading rusher with 3,278 yards and 25 touchdowns. Additionally, he can be counted upon to provide valuable receptions as he has caught 165 passes for 1,329 yards and six touchdowns since being selected as part of Round 4 in 2014. White first joined New England during 2014 NFL Draft before becoming an integral member for eight seasons since.

White contributed significantly to Wisconsin’s three Big Ten championship wins during his time there, earning himself the 2010 Freshman of the Year honor. While competing alongside John Clay, Montee Ball, and Melvin Gordon in their backfields – White emerged as one of the premier running backs in college football.

White currently serves as an assistant running backs coach for the Illinois Fighting Illini football program and as head coach of benet Academy Redwings high school team. Prior to that he headed up Chicago Bears junior varsity program.

Michael Giardi reports that James White will re-sign with the Patriots, after negotiations began prior to the end of regular season play. Both parties have been engaged in negotiations regarding this potential re-contract since March 28.

According to Ian Rapoport and Mike Giardi, the Patriots may trade running back Stevan Ridley in order to make room for White to return. Ridley will become an unrestricted free agent this offseason and has already been linked with several teams.
