TreVeyon Henderson
Henderson scored two rushing and one receiving touchdowns to become the first rookie since Damien Harris in 2021 to accomplish that feat in consecutive games. Stevenson played an essential role on the Patriots’ opening drive against Buffalo (10/22). He carried seven times for 23 yards and took a direct snap on 3rd-and-17, helping convert a fourth-down red zone stop.
Additionally, Stevenson caught a 31-yard pass from QB Quinn Ewers that set up TE Mike Gesicki’s 2-yard touchdown and gave New England a two-score lead with less than one minute remaining in the first half.

FOXBOROUGH — Rookie quarterback Quinn Ewers continued his impressive start to the season in New England’s win against Miami, tossing for 137 yards with one touchdown and one interception and leading all receivers with three receptions – an outstanding feat compared to their opponents’ defense that was missing both linebackers Chop Robinson (concussion) and Minkah Fitzpatrick (calf). Running back Theo Wease Jr. also contributed impressively for New England.
Wease scored on his opening drive of the first quarter with a 2-yard touchdown catch off play action, prompting a Dolphins comeback that included runs and quick passes en route to a 10-play, 65-yard march, featuring wide receiver Malik Washington making an end-around catch of 20 yards.
But after a fourth-down stop by Miami’s defense, New England’s Jack Gibbens forced a fumble that was recovered by Elijah Ponder for a takeaway.
